What's living in Seymour without going to Burger Fest! :) Last night we saw the hot air balloons fly high above our little town. This morning we started off the day with a brisk 5K run, in the "Run your Buns off" Bun Run. Then we put out our chairs to enjoy a midwest hometown parade. Earlier we made these little hambuger bun cookies...served up with a side of "fries".
This is the kids bun run.
Little Natalie takes it very seriously. She was super excited.
Kennedy....hmm. Not so much. Mackenzie had to carry her for the entire "run".

Poor Alex. He got home about 10am this morning from Scout Camp where he has been for the past week. He is home for less than 24 hours and then off he goes to Missoula, Montana for a 2 week acting camp. He was pretty wiped out, but he still managed to go spend a couple hours with friends at BurgerFest.
