improvement for 3 1/2 mile run!

YAY! I made improvements! First of all, I didn't walk once today for my 3 1/2 mile run. It is really so unfair for me to call it a run. It is more like a shuffle, hop, jog, slide, drag. :) Anyway, since I didn't stop to walk I finished it in just under 40 minutes! Whoo hoo...go ME!
